Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months — but you will not be charged again.

Token Purchases

Tokens purchased through the Buy Tokens page are non-refundable once used. If you purchased tokens and have not used them, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

7-Day Free Trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 in your settings and no charge is made. If you forget to cancel and the auto-bill goes through, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund the first month in full.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected]. We will review your account and make it right. We would rather solve it directly than go through a chargeback.
