How do team seats work?+
Each agency plan comes with a seat limit — 5 on Starter, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Elite. Your main account creates and invites seats by email. Every seat shares the agency's token pool and can be assigned to specific client businesses, or default to all of them.
What does "white-label" include?+
Your agency logo and name replace FUEL branding on PDF reports and shared report links — so every deliverable you send a client looks like it came from you. FUEL branding stays in the app itself so your team knows where they are while they work.
Can I manage multiple clients from one account?+
Yes. Agency Starter supports up to 10 client businesses, Pro supports up to 25, and Elite is fully unlimited. Each business runs its own FUEL intelligence profile — brand voice, audience, competitors, channels — and keeps data fully separate from every other client on your account.
Do tokens roll over?+
Monthly plan tokens reset on your billing date — use them or lose them. Tokens you buy separately as token packs never expire. Stock up when you need a big push, keep them in the bank for later.
What happens if I use all my tokens?+
Buy additional token packs anytime and they stack on top of your monthly allocation. Those purchased tokens never expire, so there's no risk in buying extra.
What if I cancel?+
Your seats lose access immediately on cancellation, so download any client reports before you cancel. You can reactivate within 30 days to restore everything — profiles, past reports, team, and settings.
How does phone support work?+
Pro and Elite tiers include scheduled phone support via ProofPoints. Book a call and we will reach out at your chosen time during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm EST). Elite customers get priority scheduling.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we add the full new token allocation to your balance immediately — no waiting. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a contract?+
No contracts. Cancel anytime from your settings page. Keep using FUEL through the end of your billing cycle.
What is the custom tool benefit on Agency Elite?+
Every quarter, Elite agencies can request one custom tool built just for them. Your custom tool is exclusive to your agency and your seats — no other FUEL customers get access. We'll discuss feasibility and scope during a project intake call with your dedicated account manager, and build the tool within the quarter. Available tool capabilities depend on the underlying services already integrated into the platform.
